Following is a journalism article by Lily (Yr 10) entitled "Around the world in 80 books!"
The JS Library has also been a vibrant space at lunchtimes; last month girls celebrated Library Lovers’ Day by making their own bookmarks
In 2017, we are encouraging students to broaden their understanding of the world by reading widely
Today we introduce Ms Brown, the newest addition to our wonderful library staff,
Within the Library we have taken advantage of the Chinese New Year to brighten our space with decorations and displays of books related to the Chinese New Year.
The library team would like to welcome you back to the 2017 school year.
We welcomed new Year 7 members to Lit Club with a noisy library unscramble the book title game.
Many students joined the fun and improved their origami skills during our lunch time star making sessions. Fiona and Sophia were two students who regularly came along to contribute to the wonderful collection of home made stars.
Congratulations are extended to Lily (Yr 9) for correctly predicting the Inky prize winning books for 2016.
Over many lunch times Senior School students and library staff worked with younger students to make origami stars.
