The JS Library has also been a vibrant space at lunchtimes; last month girls celebrated Library Lovers’ Day by making their own bookmarks. Over the final weeks of Term 1 JS girls will have the opportunity to make their own ‘book calendar’ during lunch-playtime, an activity to promote the Australian Children’s Laureate ‘It’s Your Story’ Calendar and encourage girls to keep track of and celebrate their own recreational reading over the year.
