Help us spread the joy of reading in Junior School Library this term and next!
As part of National Reconciliation Week this year, Ruyton girls were asked to make friendship bracelets in the colour of the Aboriginal flag - as a symbol of 'Walk Together with Courage'
On 22 May, 2019, Ruyton Junior School students made up part of the 1.1 million people that read this year's National Simultaneous Storytime book, Alpacas with Maracas, at the same time.
We send a big thank you to our expert book advisors; Ashleynn, Joyce and Ivanka
We were fortunate to receive a visit from Anna Ciddor, a popular and prolific Australian author.
Celebrate International Women's Day with some wonderful works of fiction and non-fiction. #BalanceforBetter
Congratulation are extended to Abby (Year 7), who was the winner of our Movie Week door prize
During the first week of school, our students took time to reconnect with friends while enjoying our library movie lunchtimes. The week culminated with a challenging, and at times noisy, Harry Potter quiz.
Grab your lunch and some friends and head to the library at lunchtime to enjoy the movie
